Pairing this with my old receiver was painless and the 15" driver moves way more air than the 12" it replaced. Bass is tight and accurate, though it definitely wants more power than my amp puts out.
Harper Q. ★★★★☆
I swapped out my old bookshelves for these and the 8" woofers hit way harder than I expected. The 3-way design keeps vocals clean even when I crank them, though they're definitely chunky and need some room to breathe. Two months in and I'm still catching little details in songs I've heard a hundred times.
Leo ★★★★★
The slim design was the main reason I went with these since my wall cavity is only about 3.5 inches deep, and they do fit where my old speakers never could. Sound is decent for movies but the dual 6.5" woofers don't dig very low, so I ended up adding a subwoofer anyway.
George ★★★☆☆
These dual 8" monitors completely changed movie night in my basement — dialogue is finally intelligible without cranking the center channel. The 3-way design keeps vocals clean even during loud action scenes. Two months in and I'm still catching details in soundtracks I've heard a dozen times.
William O. ★★★★★
Bought these to replace bulky floorstanders and the slim profile against the wall is a huge win in my small room. Dialogue is clear and the dual 8" woofers actually put out decent low end without a sub, though I did end up adding one for movies. Mounting was straightforward but you'll want a second set of hands.
